Anthony Joshua is a British professional heavyweight from Watford, Hertfordshire — Olympic super-heavyweight gold medallist at London 2012 who turned professional in October 2013 and became a two-time unified world heavyweight champion. At 6 ft 6 in with an 82-inch reach and an orthodox stance, he built his record the heavyweight way: 27 of his 30 wins have come by knockout.
Joshua won the IBF heavyweight title in just his 16th fight, stopping Charles Martin in two rounds in April 2016. He added the vacant WBA (Super) and IBO titles in the 2017 Fight of the Year against Wladimir Klitschko, then the WBO title by outpointing Joseph Parker in 2018. His first reign ended in a shock seventh-round stoppage loss to Andy Ruiz Jr. in June 2019; Joshua won the rematch six months later to regain the WBA (Super), IBF, WBO and IBO titles.
The second reign ended against Oleksandr Usyk, who outpointed him in 2021 and again in their 2022 rematch. Joshua rebuilt with wins over Jermaine Franklin, Robert Helenius, Otto Wallin and Francis Ngannou, but his 2024 challenge for the vacant IBF title ended in a fifth-round knockout loss to Daniel Dubois. The record below runs through his most recent bout in July 2026. Here is every professional fight, in order.
